Mops not detected

Got an X40 Ultra. Bought around new years.

The mops are not detected, only get the voice message that i should attach the mops. No luck when attaching, Robot does not detect them.

Been like this a couple of weeks. No matter what i do, restart, unplug, clean and so on..

Anyone?
